Crusader doesn’t have a “typical” layout. We’ve restored a 180 year old mill. That means every apartment is unique, each with it’s own quirks and features. That means no boring cut and paste white boxes.
All of the apartments have industrial character that oozes from the exposed bricks, beams, high ceilings and huge windows that soak the apartments in light.
Your monthly mortgage payments may even be less than renting. As a comparison, renting a 1-bed apartment in a mill conversion in Manchester city centre can be on avg. £950–£1000 per month – whereas a £205,000 Crusader apartment could be as little as £880 per month* in mortgage payments when using help to buy.

Our idea when designing these loft apartments was simply “let’s create an awesome space we’d love to live in”. With exposed beams, brickwork, the raw viroc slab floors and the slick, minimal kitchen fittings, we’ve meshed contemporary design with Mancunian heritage.
We’ve held “MEET THE NEIGHBOUR” parties, where future residents have already swapped numbers and made plans for joint house-warmings. Being for owner-occupier means we’ll have a neighbourhood of individuals and families who will live in Crusader, love their homes and take care of them.
AND WE WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH MORE INFORMATION.
